Essex Celebrates the Holidays with a Christmas Feast!

The menu included shrimp scampi, crab cakes, steak pasta, fruit, salad, rolls, and cannoli for dessert! We appreciate all the hard work Mrs. Sholes, Chef Alex, and the culinary students put in to make this meal possible. It was delicious and enjoyed by all!
